Katlin is a Boston-based indie author and founder of Lavender Field Books who has been crafting stories since she was a young girl, inspired by her love for storytelling and imagination. Her favorite genres are romance, fantasy, and historical fiction—often weaving together worlds where love, adventure, and history collide.

 

Katlin graduated from Assumption University with a bachelor’s degree in history, a field that has deeply influenced her writing. She draws on her academic background and extensive professional experience in the public sector to create rich, layered narratives. After many years working in state government, she now channels her passion for public service into her work at a nonprofit organization, bringing the same dedication and care to her writing as she does to her career.

 

When she’s not immersed in her latest story, Katlin enjoys exploring new places, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, and spending quality time with her friends and family. With each new project, she hopes to create stories that captivate and inspire readers, inviting them to escape into worlds of romance, adventure, and historical intrigue.
